There is no brake adjustment for lever,lift front wheel off ground ,spin and try brake.If wheel does not stop you might have frozen caliper.easy to take apart.remove bleeder ,use air to pop out piston ,clean inside ,replace 0-ring reinstall fill n bleed and your done....Giro
